About Me
I trained at the Metanoia Institute as a Clinical Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist. As an integrative therapist, I draw on various modalities, believing each client deserves their own individualised therapy.
I have worked in various clinical and charity settings, providing individual and group therapy to oppressed & marginalised groups and individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety and depression.
My work is grounded in a philosophy of inclusiveness and embraces all cultures and identities. I have a deep regard for ordinary human suffering and welcome all experiences you may bring into the therapy room.

I have worked with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues and one of my particular interests lies in the dynamics of power within relationships. I apply a social justice approach to my work and am interested in the impact of social, historical, political and cultural influences on the self.

I work with people who are neurodivergent and/or who hold diversity in their sexuality or gender. I periodically facilitate psycho-educational and therapeutic groups for parents/carers of children with additional needs and women support groups.

I tutor on a counselling & psychotherapy course in East London and offer individual and group clinical supervision. I am curious as to how psychotherapy is adapting to meet the needs of the changing world and passionate about challenging the constructs within traditional models to advocate for therapy to be inclusive and accessible to all.
.
I am an active, reflective practitioner, deeply committed to my own continuous personal and professional development, so I can provide effective ethical therapy.
